An important aspect of both aesthetic and medical care at Magnolia is our tailored approach to each patient’s healthcare journey. Our primary goal as a practice is to provide excellent, individualized care for each patient and we are grateful for the opportunity to allocate adequate time for each appointment type.

In light of this, we do take our cancellation policies for both aesthetic* and medical patients** seriously.

Please note any cancellation within 24 hours OR any no show for any reason will require a $100 deposit due at the next booking in order to secure a subsequent appointment. Two no shows will result in a discharge from the practice.
